Accident Management And Replacement Vehicle
If you are involved in an accident which was not your fault you will be entitled to a replacement car which is a car of equal value, size and comfort. You will not be expected to make do with a basic ‘Class A’ courtesy car.

Can you hire a car if you are at-fault?
Yes, we at Swan Cars provide rental cars at competitive rates.
What will you have to pay?
The not-at-fault party will not be liable to pay the rental costs provided you assist us in recovery of those costs from the at-fault party or their insurer and otherwise act in accordance with the terms and conditions of our agreement. However, you may be required to pay the vehicle use costs like fuel, toll charges, any traffic or parking tickets, car wash, extra wear & tear or damage and administrative costs.
Are there any restrictions to book a car with Swan Cars?
The driver is required to hold a current and valid learner, provisional or full driving license. You will also be required to satisfy conditions of our agreement.
Who can drive the replacement vehicle?
Only you, or the person authorized by us in writing may drive our vehicle.
